Clubhouse News
- Play free for the rest of 2022 by paying a deposit towards a 2023 membership starting Monday September 5th. (a separate email will go out explaining all of the details).
- We have some outings in September, that will have the course closed for part of the day during each outing.
- Friday September 9th, the first tee will be closed from 9:50am until approximately 3:30pm.
- Saturday September 10th, the first tee will be closed from 7:50am until 9:40am.
- Saturday September 24th, the first tee will be closed from 1:10pm until 2:40pm.
- Superintendent’s Revenge is Saturday October 15th, we will be sending out the sign up later in September.
- Tee Time Policy
- Starting September 5th, tee times will begin at 7:00am on weekdays and at 6:30am on weekends (times will change with changes in sunrise and sunset times).
- Members may book one week in advance
- Public players may book three days in advance
Superintendent’s Corner
The rain on August 22nd and 23rd brought us a 1/2 inch of rain. It was our first measurable amount of precipitation since July 19th (33 days without rain!). It wasn’t much, but it helped greatly in recharging our irrigation pond, and giving our turf the much-needed natural nutrients it has desperately been awaiting. In September, we will be aerating and over seeding fairways and tees. This will not affect play, but it will help us in speeding up the process of turf recovery. Thanks to all that are helping us out by remaining on cart paths during this difficult stretch of weather.
