Add some weight to your clubs for strength training! Adding some weight to your clubs or using a weighted club and swinging this normally in your garage or a safe area for about five minutes a day will improve muscle strength and memory in wrists, arms, grip, and back. This will help with swing speed and overall distance for the spring. Stay tuned for the next winter fix.
